In your own home, we assess your medications list, observe your medicine taking habits and listen to your beliefs on medications and your health. We highlight areas of your medicines that can be improved so that you achieve only the best out of each medicine.

Using information collected from your home consult, we partner with you and your GP to create change. Changes based on practical experience and up-to-date medication therapies. Don't worry, we start with small and fast improvements and only scale up when you start feeling better. We always follow up.
